We accept no liability if an order is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details.  If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we may cancel the order until the matter is resolved. This does not affect any other rights we may have.

We have taken every step to ensure that all the digital files for sale on our website(s) have written permission from the copyright holder.

Due to the nature of downloaded products being in digital form no refunds will be given.  Physical items, however, sold in our online shop will be replaced or at our sole discretion and refunded only if due to manufacturer defect or damage.

As soon as your have paid and you have been returned to our website from PayPal, your downloads are available.
 
11. Physical Delivery (online shop Items)
Our online shop offers physical items for sale, such as CDs, books, etc.  These items will be shipped as soon as payment is received and cleared into our account.  Delivery costs and transit times to your destination are stated at checkout.
